The quality wines are listed in several categories. First the white wines with a "Trocken"=dry taste, then "Halbtrocken"=semidry. The category "Lieblich" includes white wines with a mild, light sweet, sweet or noble sweet taste. These are the traditional Mosel wines.
Then our "Rot"=red wines are listed.
The last category lists our "Sekt"=sparkling wine.
